Desktop Support Specialist: A full-time opportunity exists for a Desktop Support Specialist. This position will manage and support Desktop computer systems and their applications while also providing general support of information technology resources such as the telephone system, fax server and printing operations. S/he will install and maintain desktop hardware and software while also providing ongoing "helpdesk" support to users. Additional responsibilities include maintaining network user accounts, assigning appropriate resource security rights, and providing orientations to new users. Qualifications include a high school diploma at minimum and at least 3 years experience with PC networking including Windows XP and 2003 Server. A working knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and a firm understanding of networking protocols and workstation configuration is also required. This position will work closely with employees with varying computer skills across all levels of the organization so effective commumication skills are a must. The Desktop Support Specialist will provide after hours on-call support, so candidates must have evening and weekend availability. The ability to travel to other CSI offices throughout Ohio is also required.

Clinical Nurse Educator: The Clinical Nurse Educator will assess, plan, develop and deliver evidence-based educational programs tailored to the needs of CSI and our customers. S/he will act as a resource to our Network homecare agencies which may include on-site training sessions, competency assessments, co-visits, and problem solving on complex patient situations. This individual will assess the need for IV nursing polices and patient teaching materials, and will develop both as appropriate. Qualified candidates include Registered Nurses with current Ohio licensure, at least 2 years clinical experience in an acute care setting, and INS certification or the willingness to pursue INS certification. Previous home health care experience providing infusion therapy is preferred. This position is highly visible and represents CSI in the public and private sector, so candidates must be positive, courteous, compassionate and committed to the highest quality of customer service.

Quality Improvement Coordinator: We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement professional to join our team. This individual will guide quality activities within the organization. S/he will initiate and coordinate the collection of performance data through chart reviews and payor audits, oversee the completion of occurrence reports, monitor the patient satisfaction survey process, and manage outcomes and benchmark reporting. This individual will also support the survey/accreditation process. Additional responsibilities include organizing and conducting all quality meetings as well as delivering employee education. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 2-4 years experience in quality improvement. An RN with current Ohio licensure is strongly preferred. Candidates must organize, prioritize and communicate effectively and work efficiently in Microsoft Office. The ability to travel to our Columbus office at least once per month is also required, so candidates must have reliable transportation and some flexibility in daily work schedule.
